BANKINTER TE CUIDA

You First People has developed and implemented a Total Wellness Program for Bankinter, one of the largest Spanish banks. Bankinter te cuida is an innovative, highly digital,  absolutely inclusive wellness program so that all employees can find their own space. A program  that has been designed to respond to employees needs previously identified and analyzed around the main wellness dimensions: sports, nutrition, emotional balance and health. The You First People team takes care of Bankinter te cuida of a daily basis looking after the communication and dynamization of the program to ensure active users

PWC CONNECTED RUNNING CHALLENGE

You First People organized the PwC Connected Running challenge. The Project consisted of the preparation of a group of 80 employees and clients to run the Madrid Rock n’ Roll Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k. During 4 months, weekly trainings took place, digital trainings were sent and nutritional and physical pieces of advice were given to the runners. We also organized pre, post and halfway events in which professional advice was given. The physical condition of the runners was measured before and after the project so the advice could be personalized and the runners could confirm the positive impact of the physical activity in their health.
