You First manages all logistics involved in a wide variety of events – including creative concepts, content production, implementation and human resource management – with the objective of realising clients specific event objectives and targets or to better support their relational marketing.

Our experience extends to event management across many continents – and can include event management activation at a club or team throughout a season – or for a large international tournament with demanding schedules and the requirement for strong fan activation – both real-time and on digital.

The You First Sports team comprises several colleagues who have extensive experience of working in the large events arena. Experience that we pass on to our clients and partners every day.

BMW GOLF CUP INTERNATIONAL

You First Sports organizes one of the world’s most prestigious amateur golf circuits, the BMW Golf Cup International. The qualifying tournaments are held throughout Spain. The winners of each tournament are selected to take part in the National Final that takes place in the month of October.

AECC RACE

You First Marketing Madrid and AECC worked together to organize a 4 or 10 kilometer race against cancer, which included a children’s race as well. The goal of the race was to increase social awareness, raise funds for cancer research, and to give support to patients and their relatives. You First was responsible for the race’s communication plan design and development, further activation of the project, and the race’s final reports.

WHOLESALERS EVENTS

You First Marketing designed a loyalty program for several cities. Furthermore, they organized and supervised some exclusive events and VIP experiences.

SIGMA INCENTIVE TRIP

You First Marketing organizes for Sigma’s employees an incentive trip to Madrid, Seville, Morocco, and Istanbul.
